1983 -
DMA was established in 1st May 1983 to provide delivery service to clients

1984 -
With the aim of offering One-Stop service to clients, market analysis and printing services were also made available in addition to the core delivery services

1985 -

1986 -
DMA became a member of Direct Marketing Association of the United States of America

1987 -


DMA continued to develop and extended its market to Macau in 1987

1988 -
DMA established a mass network of clients and became one of the largest direct marketing company1989 - Applied quality circle to encourage staff involvement thereby achieving better performance

1990 -
The market share of DMA continued to grow and reached 65% in 1990, in which most of the clients came from retail, property development and telecommunication sectors

DMA introduced "Permit® Delivery Program" to the housing estates in 1992 and since then, 550 estates had joined the program. Most of which offer exclusive rights to DMA in conducting mailbox drop

1995 -
Initiated annual performance survey by mailing out questionnaires to clients as well as potential clients to track room for improvement

Cross-Department Client Visit was introduced, so that staff from different departments are scheduled to go out of their "cell" and visit and learn from client through courtesy calls with Sales Personnel

1997 -
DMA was responsible for delivering informing letter about electrical capacity adjustment to more than 1 million households and retail stores for Electrical and Mechanical Services Department

1998 -
DMA launched the very popular and effective tool-Digital Mapping & Information Analysis Pack (an electronic mapping system) to marketers, whereby marketers can match demographic targeting with geographical locating.

DMA got the exclusive right to deliver promotional materials in more than 100 properties under Sino Group

1999 -
DMA explored internet market by launching Key2hk.com, the largest website especially for groups, associations and households in Hong Kong. Key2hk.com provides a value-added service for DMA's clients to inform their consumers in virtual as well as real world

DMA became one of the few Asia companies to achieve international recognition - ISO9002

2000 -
DMA formed strategic alliances with 4 leading direct marketing companies in Asia, namely In-Touch Singapore Pte Ltd., Citicrafts (S) Pte Ltd., Rushabh Direct Marketing and Jumbo Co. Ltd. to explore new market.

The founder of DMA became one of the professionals selected for inclusion in International WHO'S WHO of Professionals

DMA reinforced its operation department and enlarged its office size to 15000ft2.

DMA introduced ePost121 service to provide email marketing and email management service to client

The creative ideas of DMA and ePost121 were recognized and awarded "Innovative Entrepreneur of the Year 2000"- contest, sponsors included Standard Chartered Bank and Ernst & Young

2001 -

Launch of Permission Email/ Mail Site
On 31 March 2001, DMA launched a new website, eMail121.com, through which, members can choose their email/mail according to their interests.
For DMA's clients, this means a unique group of consumers who have selected to receive promotional materials!


DMA became a member of the Direct Marketing Association -the largest and oldest direct marketing association in direct marketing industry.

Setting Up Shanghai Office
Our Shanghai Office was opened in June. At the initial stage, it shall act as coordination office where information will be gathered and plans for further penetration into China will be formulated.
