“Heart to Heart Programme” organized by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) aims at cultivating genuine wish to serve the community. Schools are asked to pledge volunteer service hours while companies are sought as corporate sponsors for the schools' volunteer service projects. The “Heart to Heart” Award is to give public recognition of companies' support for promoting youth volunteering.

DMA's success in China could be attributed to two areas of CEPA. "Individual Travel Scheme provokes sales among shopping malls in Hong Kong.
