Context for this Direct Marketing Campaign
Another branch was to be opened in Central.
Knowing that it has to give the customers a reason to visit the new store, our client created attention-getting invitation postcards to promote the occasion. Incentives included free skin care consultation and a makeup gift.

In this case, DMA ran a list search through it's 2 Million target database with criteria set as above, i.e. including Geographical, Demographical and Psycho-graphical segmentation.
Then we send the postcards to this list of customers on a targeted and personalized basis.
