More and more marketers came to realize that loyalty in customers is a true asset to a company. Subsequently, mailing list with specific demographics, psychographics and lifestyles information are what marketers desired. This however, often causes nightmare in client's perspective.

Direct Marketing of Asia (DMA) is here to be marketer's outsource partner as we provide database marketing solution designed to meet customer's database marketing needs.

Our database marketing is NOT SIMPLY a matter of technology but expertise of CRM and insider know-how in the spectrum of target marketing.

We understand that registering member's addresses and maintaining a list requires careful attention to proper procedures . Besides placing emphasis on programming, we invest heavily on computer hardware. Our mirrored data and firewall provided a very secure environment for data storage.

Last but not least, backend support also greatly affects quality of the database marketing service. Direct Marketing of Asia's lettershopping as well as CRM provide a suitable backbone for loyalty building.

Our Database Marketing Management provides you with:

• Data Verification
• Data Sorting & Re-Arrangement
• Data Input & Output
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Data Storage
• Merge & Purge
• De-Duplication

And a wide range of Pre & Post-CRM functionalities.

Infrastructure of INTDBase

INTDBase is our in-house developed DATABASE SYSTEM and it is very SCALABLE AND FLEXIBLE. Today, it manages our 1,000,000 records. In order to ensure high security of data, INTDBase is isolated from Internet and hackers. Also, mirror server and double backup mechanism are applied to prevent any unexpected loss of data.

Operation of INTDBase

Data is inputted into INDBase after approval of administrator and then it will undergo de-duplication in De-duplication Center. In every marketing campaign, specific segment of data will be sorted out and screened against records in optout center. Any data captured in the campaign will be transferred to INTDBase after administrator approval.

Our Optout Center and De-duplication Center made our database management system superior to other competitors:

Optout Center
Optout Center keeps record of unsubscribers. Selected targets will be checked against unsubscriber list, so that no further promotion will be brought to individual consumer and wastage in marketing budget will be minimized.

De-duplication Center
All incoming records will be de-duped before storing in the database.

Guarantee of Data Security
All data will be kept in a strict confidentiality. All clients' data, will not be disclosed, transferred, duplicated, reproduced or resold to any third party without the prior consent and authorization from clients. We strictly adhere to the Code of Ethics & Practices under the instructions of Hong Kong Direct Marketing Association (HKDMA). We highly respect your concern for data security.

All these are the foundations to effective CRM practices.
